To further complement our Pre-Employment Profiles, HR Directions offers Performance Evaluations for each of our Profiles. The evaluations focus on the same competencies as its Profile.

The Profile Performance Evaluations allow employers to fully integrate their hiring process by evaluating employees on the same competencies that they were selected for using the Pre-Employment Profiles and Interview Questions.

When combined with our Pre-Employment Profiles and behavioral interviewing, the Performance Evaluations are the final piece of a fully integrated selection system.
