To complement our Pre-Employment Profiles, HR Directions offers complete sets of behavioral interview questions and response guidelines for each Profile. The interview questions are based on the same key competencies as the each profile. Several questions are provided for each of the competencies for a total of 50-60 interview questions per Profile. Interviewers can then select specific questions that will help them further explore a particular competency scored on a Profile previously administered.

Behavioral interview questions draw specific behavior recollection from the applicant that can be systematically analyzed by the interviewer, or series of interviewers, with the use of the response evaluation guidelines. These guidelines allow the interviewer to interpret applicants' responses and translate them into relevant, quantifiable information.

When combined with our Pre-Employment Profiles, behavioral interviewing will tremendously enhance your organization’s selection process by providing a highly effective, objective means of screening and interviewing your employment candidates.
