HR Directions' Pre-Employment Profiles are administered and scored online allowing candidates' results to be instantly accessed by employers.
When Profiles are purchased an email is sent to the employer with a login address and two passwords. One for the Test Administrator (Employer) and one for Respondents (Employment Candidates). The Respondent Password should be provided to all candidates the Employer wishes to Screen. Employers will receive separate Respondent Passwords for each type of Profile they purchase; however our Administrator Database contains the results to all Profiles they have administered, so only one Administrator Password is necessary. Once an account is established, Respondent Passwords can be used indefinitely. The purchased quantity of Profiles only limits the number of completed Profiles that can be viewed by the Employer, ensuring that an Employer can always administer a Profile even if their supply is exhausted.
Profile Interview Questions and Performance Evaluations are PDF downloads that are intended to be copied and reused by the Employer at their discretion. There are no recurring costs with the interview questions and performance evaluations.
