360-degree feedback involves gathering responses from individuals with various relationships (peers, subordinates, boss) to a participant via confidential questionnaires. These questionnaires are accessible online for clients who prefer to use the internet - particularly convenient when people are at different locations. Once the information is gathered and compiled, we provide the participant with a report that allows them to see how their work-related skills and behaviors are perceived by their boss, peers and direct reports and how that compares to how they perceive themselves.

360-degree feedback is designed for any level manager and is an inexpensive development tool as it focuses on leadership and management skills and practices. Our 360 also includes developmental suggestions similar to our assessments.
