These half and full-day processes take place in our office and utilize psychological testing, interviewing and realistic work-related simulations. The summation of the information gathered results in a detailed report that provides insight into an individual's work style, strengths and developmental areas. HR Directions' offers assessments for several different levels and types of positions. All assessments can be used for selection of new employees, internal promotions or for pure development. All assessment reports provide developmental suggestions, or 'next steps' such as seminars, training, texts, etc.
